📋 PART 1 — OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS
You must carry these valid, original documents before joining any vessel:

These rules apply EVERY day, EVERYWHERE on board — no exceptions:

2 📢 Report all hazards See something dangerous? Say something! Unsafe condition → report it immediately

4 👥 Never work alone Engine room, tanks, dangerous areas — always work with a partner
5 ✅ Follow orders immediately On a ship — orders mean safety. Follow instructions quickly & correctly
6 😴 Rest well — fatigue kills Tired people make mistakes. Get proper rest — it's a safety requirement
